ご予約時の注意事項について
Reservation notes
（1）Children between 7 and 11 years old will be served at half price. Children over 12 years old will be treated as adults.
（2）Children ages 3-6 are only accepted for private bookings. Please contact us for details.
（3）We have one menu per group. Customers in the same group cannot choose different menus, so please understand in advance.
（4）Our restaurant is a complete reservation system from 18:00- or 19:00- or 20:00-. Please note that we cannot accept reservations outside of business hours, or reservations made by contacting us on the day or the day before.
（5）Currently, our restaurant only accepts payment by credit card registration with TableCheck (automatic payment after leaving the store). Reservations can be made through TableCheck. Please note.
（6）Please contact us in advance if you would like to change the menu due to allergies or other reasons.
ご予約時の注意事項
（1）7 歳-11 歳までのお子様はハーフポーション・半額でのご提供となります。12 歳以上のお子様は大人扱いとさせて頂きます。
（2）3 歳-6 歳までのお子様については貸切予約の場合のみお受付しております。詳細はお問い合わせください。
（3）1 組1メニューとさせて頂いております。同じグループのお客様で別々のメニューはお選び頂けませんので、予めご理解をお願い致します。
（4）当店は17:30-, 20:00- の2時間制です。時間外のご予約、当日及び前日のご予約はお受けできませんのでご了承ください。
（5）当店では現在お支払い方法として、TableCheck でのクレジットカード登録による決済（店舗退出後の自動決済）のみにてご対応しております。ご予約はTableCheckから承ります。予めご了承ください。
（6）アレルギー等によるメニュー変更のご要望は事前にお問い合わせください。
[Cancellation fee]
If you cancel a reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations due to reasons other than bad weather and natural disasters.
・Cancellation 5 days before: 30% of the course fee
・Cancellation 3-4 days before: 50% of the course fee
・Cancellation 2 days before (48 hours before the reservation time): 70% of the course fee
・The day before/on the day・If you cancel without notice (24 hours before the reservation time): 100% of the course fee
■If you are late for the reservation time
If you are late for the reservation time due to traffic conditions or sudden troubles, we will contact you as soon as we find out. please give me. If you do not show up within 15 minutes of your reservation time without contacting us, we will cancel without notice and charge 100% of the reservation amount. Please note that it is not possible to extend the reservation time due to being late.
■ About bad weather and natural disasters
If it is difficult to come to the store due to sudden bad weather or natural disasters, please contact us and we will not charge a cancellation fee even if you cancel on the day. We are looking forward to your next reservation after you calm down.

【キャンセル料について】
私どもの料理は、お客様のご来店日に合わせて準備に入り、数日を要するものがほとんどでございます。
日程のご変更やお取り消しの際は、お早めにご連絡いただきます様お願い申し上げます。
・10日前キャンセルの場合:50%
・3日前キャンセルの場合:100%
■予約時間に遅れる場合について
交通事情や突然のトラブルなどのご事情で予約時間に遅れる場合は、判明した時点でご連絡ください。
ご連絡を頂かずに予約時間の15分を過ぎても、ご来店されない場合は、無断キャンセルとさせていただき予約金額の100％をご請求いたします。
なお、遅刻によるご予約時間の延長は原則不可となりますので、予めご了承ください。
